Turn finished projects into a head start, and a preview for your export templates

Vacation season is in full swing, but the roadmap doesn't take a break. We have spent July digging into the next version of Brickanta, and we are also putting together a few events in the fall, so keep an eye out for dates to block off in your calendar. This week, two updates: a smoother way to get learnings from completed projects, and a clear preview of your export templates.
#1 Turn finished projects into reusable knowledge

We are making it easier to hold on to what a project taught you. Administrators can now move a finished project into the Knowledge Base in one step.
The next tender doesn't have to start from a blank page. It can start from what the last project already taught you.
#2 Preview your export template before you use it

Teams using their own Word templates for AI Documents can now see exactly what Brickanta extracted from that template before exporting anything. Upload a docx and get a clear preview: heading colours, fonts, header and footer status, and a sample page showing how it will all come together.
Branded exports used to be a bit of a black box. You uploaded a template, hoped for the best, and found out how it looked once the document was already out. Now admins can catch and fix template issues before a project team builds real work on top of them.
See you next Friday!
