Brickanta has acquihired Praxiom AI, a construction law tool built by lawyer Anne Wijkman, marking the company's first acquisition of this kind. Anne joins full-time in May 2026 to lead construction law development, bringing her database of 300+ court rulings dating back to the 1990s. The result is a new module giving users AI-generated legal answers backed by real case law, covering contract review, project management questions, and legal position assessments. Rolling out gradually through summer 2026, with priority access for existing partner customers.
