About the Role

Brickanta is building the AI-native operating system for construction — starting where projects are won or lost: bid analysis, estimation, and procurement. We’re a small, fast team working on real workflows with real customers, turning complex project documentation into faster decisions and more predictable delivery.

This is a true generalist internship. You’ll work directly with founders and touch the messy, important parts of building an AI company — with responsibility that grows with your output.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with founders across strategy, ops, finance, partnerships, and go-to-market

• Turn messy inputs into crisp outputs: notes → decisions, research → actions, chaos → systems

• Support customer work: prep, follow-ups, lightweight analysis, and coordination

• Build internal operating cadence: templates, docs, dashboards, simple automations

• Help keep GTM workflows sharp (CRM hygiene, outreach coordination, pipeline tracking)
