Sports surfaces and schoolyards, now built with Brickanta

For almost forty years, Spentab has laid the foundation for Swedish public health, growing from a family startup in 1986 into a contractor behind football pitches, schoolyards and sports grounds across Sweden. Run today by the second generation Otterström, the company has built its reputation on groundworks and sports surfaces for clients ranging from municipalities and sports clubs to Peab, NCC and Skanska. Now the company is taking its next step and starting to build with Brickanta, the agentic AI platform for society builders.

The collaboration is designed to help Spentab make faster and safer decisions in the early stages of its projects, surfacing risks and opportunities sooner so the team can build more with the same resources.

The platform reads through project documents, compares them against construction practice and earlier projects, and surfaces risks and opportunities that would otherwise take days of manual work to find.
