This is the biggest update we have ever shipped. It comes with a new interface, new workflows and new capabilities, all shaped by a year of feedback from the society builders we work with. Here is what's new for you as a user.
The review already starts before you do
Connect your SharePoint or Dropbox folder and Brickanta starts reading instantly. Once the files are in, the workflows begin on their own, so the review is underway before anyone on the team has opened the project. Brickanta recognises what kind of project it is (such as a turnkey contract for a public-sector client in central Stockholm), and then breaks the path ahead into detailed steps toward the next stage.
Findings you can check and act on
Contract reviews follow a method written by construction lawyers on our own team. Brickanta reads clauses together, so a short deadline next to a heavy penalty clause and a narrow change-order window gets flagged as one risk. It recognises when a project falls under the Public Procurement Act and never suggests asking the client to renegotiate. Every finding links to the exact sentence it came from, and you decide whether to save, edit, dismiss or set it aside. For any output, you can see which documents and rules it drew on, and which outdated or cancelled material it left out.
A project that remembers
Brickanta keeps track of every requirement, from the first tender document to the last revision, along with deadlines and decisions. When a document is replaced or a decision changes, it shows what the change might affect while there is still time to act. Learnings from your past projects carry into the one in front of you. Every entry in the project record notes who approved it and when, including the reason you passed on a bid.
Built around your team and your company
Several people can work in the same project at once, and each step builds on the last. Set your company profile once, and requirements are read from the perspective of your trade. Rules you give it, like always procuring two trades together, apply across project chat, AI Documents and Repackaging. Anything with lasting consequences comes to you first, and you can adjust or undo every step Brickanta takes on its own.
