July is here. Many of our society builders are heading into vacation (rightfully so!), and we are using the quieter weeks to go even deeper on the product. That said, Built This Week keeps going.

#1 AI Documents that are easier to share outside Brickanta

You can now export standard AI Documents as PDF alongside Word. Word exports also do a better job of inheriting your uploaded template style, so headers, footers, and formatting carry over more reliably. Less cleanup before sending material to colleagues, clients, or external reviewers.

#2 Easier ways to teach Brickanta your company standards

Your organisation can now upload documents or point to files in SharePoint to make Brickanta aware of the standards, regulations, and requirements that are important to how you work. Industry standards, European regulations, internal guidelines: once they are in the system, Brickanta references them when generating documents and analyzing projects. Admins can also add standards by typing text directly, and the review flow got bulk actions and clearer save behavior. Job planning (Arbetsberedning) can also use organisation standards more directly now, including removable default risk rows that reflect your firm's actual practices.
