Built this week: June 23

While a part of the team has been busy as bees in Almedalen, meeting current and future partners (and celebrating our Startup of the Year-award at the TECHARENA Challenge!), the rest has kept on building features that shape your Brickanta experience.

#1 Brickanta can now follow your company standards

Every company has its own way of working: the rules, conventions, and hard-won lessons that should shape every project. Until now, your team repeated those rules project by project. Brickanta can now work from a set of company-wide standards and recurring instructions instead, and carry them across every project. The result is a clearer baseline, and more confidence that what Brickanta produces reflects how your company actually builds.

#2 Build your Job Planning (Arbetsberedning) by hand, step by step

Two weeks ago, Brickanta started generating Job Planning documents (Arbetsberedning) straight from your project material. But AI does not always know the exact installation order, or the way your team runs a given work step. So now you can build the work steps yourself. A new sidebar lets you add and adjust them row by row, with fields for installation, material, equipment, and risk. Polish them with AI only if you want to. The AI helps where it is useful. You stay in control of the parts that have to be right.

A few smaller fixes round out the week. Legal review got another pass: changing the severity or risk note on a finding updates instantly, with no stuck "Saving…" states. PDF previews are more reliable for Office files with Swedish or macOS-style filenames. And clearing out an old project removes its material cleanly, so nothing stale lingers in your knowledge base.

One clear direction this week: Brickanta gives society builders a strong start, and makes it easier to steer, shape, and hand off the work from there.
