AI builder with a PhD in sustainable housing brings sustainability expertise to Brickanta

Max Rosvall Välme joins Brickanta, the agentic AI operating system for society builders. He brings a PhD in sustainable housing and two AI tools built for the construction industry, helping implement research grounded expertise directly into the platform.

Brickanta, backed by leading tech, construction and AI investors like Northzone and Y Combinator, today announces that Rosvall Välme has joined the company. This is Brickanta's third acquihire, following the acquisitions of Praxiom, the agentic construction-law tool built by lawyer Anne Wijkman, and Alysa, the AI tendering tool co-founded by Nayar Grinberg.

Max built Anbudsagenten, a multi-agent system that writes tender text by matching a construction company's own generic documents against what a tender asks for. He followed it with Klimatdeklaration Online, a tool that helps real estate developers without in-house sustainability expertise produce an approved climate declaration.

The acquihire brings both the expertise in what sustainability in society building actually demands, and the tools to automate the tasks that otherwise take up time that builders and project managers should be spending on their actual work.
