Brickanta
AG Advokat, one of Sweden’s leading law firms in real estate and construction law, is entering into a strategic partnership with Brickanta, the agentic AI platform for the construction and real estate industry. Both parties aim to make workflows, risk management and communication in construction projects more efficient and to improve their quality. The partnership will make it easier to go from AI support to specialist legal expertise and, over time, combine these services.
The construction industry has long been marked by low productivity growth and rising costs. Brickanta’s agentic AI platform helps identify risks and ambiguities in project documentation and capture experience and lessons learned within and across projects.
AG Advokat works strategically to develop its advisory services and ways of working with the support of AI. The partnership with Brickanta is part of the firm’s ambition to combine specialist legal expertise with new technology.
“AI can identify risks, but determining what they mean and how they should be handled requires legal expertise. We contribute that assessment and concrete advice in each individual project. Having now implemented AI support in our own workflows, we see it as a natural step to take part in developing similar AI tools for relevant client segments. Together with Brickanta, we want to explore how new technology combined with specialist legal expertise can make work more efficient and create real business value in the construction and real estate industry.”
Anders Skägg, Partner, AG Advokat
Brickanta is building the application layer for the construction industry in close collaboration with its customers and has hundreds of agents designed around the industry’s ways of working and workflows. Through the partnership with AG Advokat, Brickanta gains access to specialist expertise in the real estate and construction law issues its customers face in their projects.
“AI will take on more and more of the administrative heavy lifting in the construction industry, but it does not replace legal advice. On the contrary, human expertise becomes even more important where it is truly needed. AG Advokat has deep experience in exactly the issues our users face, and we look forward to building the future way of working together with them and our customers.”
